Monday.
6:00-8:00 PM, Kung Fu Foundation Series
-Begin to build the body of a martial artist.
-Learn and apply concepts informed by tradition and tested in modern contexts.
-Develop unity within the individual. If your mind and body are connected so is your movement. 

Tuesday.
5:45-6:45 PM, Advanced Ba’z Tai Chi
-Express the slow-moving, fluid aspects of Yang-Style Tai Chi and the fast, explosive applications found in Chen-Style Tai Chi.
-Integrate weapons. Add weight. Cultivate a fully DYNAMIC body. 

Wednesday. 
5:45-6:45 PM, Intermediate Ba’z Tai Chi
-Access unrestricted fluid movement, balance, & whole-body coordination.
-Begin to blend Qigong & Tai Chi principles.
-Learn restorative exercise methods & martial applications.

Thursday. 
6:30-8:30 PM, Kung Fu Skill Series 
-Focuses on dynamic use of form, structure and flexibility with practical application.
-Designed to give students a FULL experience a with variety of styles, both offensively and defensively.
*Class is for students who have completed or are currently enrolled in our “Foundation Series.”

Saturday.
8:00-9:00 AM, Beginner Ba’z Tai Chi & Qi Gong
-Learn foundational principles that apply to ALL martial arts.
-Excellent restorative exercise & meditation
-All levels welcome.

9:00-10:00 AM, Advanced Ba’z Tai Chi
-Express the slow-moving, fluid aspects of Yang-Style Tai Chi and the fast, explosive applications found in Chen-Style Tai Chi.

10:30AM-12:00 PM, Kung Fu Kids with Alex
-Have your child participate in Philadelphia’s most comprehensive martial arts training program.
-Kids will develop excellent coordination, agility, strength, and whole-body awareness for improved health and well-being.
This is NOT your typical kid’s class.
-All levels welcome.

*12:00PM-2:00 PM, Guided Chaos Seminars

-The ONLY bi-weekly seminar in Philadelphia.

-Experience a unique, “anything-goes,” free-form sparring exercise focusing on energy, sensitivity, balance, body unity, looseness and adaptivity.
-HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and perfect for anything that may occur in Real World violence.
-All levels welcome.
