-Learn to integrate Qigong & Tai Chi principles. This class focuses on Fluid Movement and Breathing Exercises as you mindfully approach your weekend.

10:30AM- 12:00 PM, Kung Fu Kids with Alex
-Have your child participate in Philadelphia’s most comprehensive martial arts training program.
-Kids will develop excellent coordination, agility, strength, and whole-body awareness for improved health and well-being. This is NOT your typical kid’s class.
